If I asked you to name the NBA Legend with 5 rings, 2 MVP's, 3 Finals MVP's, a 15 time All-star, 15 time All-NBA and 10 of those being 1st team. I DO NOT think many people will guess Tim Duncan on their first couple of tries.

Tim Duncan was the most underrated dominant player we have ever seen in SPORTS history due to his lack of personality and media not blowing him up.

He has more MVP's than the likes of Kobe, Shaq, Iverson, Nowitzki, KD, etc.

He is one of 10 players to make 10+ first All-NBA teams with the likes of Lebron, MJ, Karl Malone, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Kobe, and others.

In my opinion he is the best PF we have ever seen due to the longevity of his dominance and how successful he was on the court.

The difference between a guy like Duncan and MJ was, MJ during his prime from 1991-1998 while he was in the league was AMAZING, MJ was unstoppable during his prime but before his prime had playoff struggles and we never really got to see a post prime MJ except for with the Wizards which doesn't even count. MJ still would have been great but we still will not know.

Tim Duncan on the other hand was in his prime pretty much his whole career with Championships spanning from 1999-2014. Tim played with plenty of great players, but always stuck out as the best. Playing with Hall of Famer and MVP David Robinson and as a second year player being the leader of their championship winning squad showed how much talent this guy had.

In an era with so many Hall of Famers playing in their prime Tim was the best one accolade wise, but due to his quiet personality no one ever throws his name in the goat debate and the man went 5-1 in the NBA Finals, some people's favorite Michael Jordan goat debate, and yet Tim Duncan is never in anyone's top 10.

If the Goat debate was truly based off winning I do not see how Duncan is not in the TOP 5 let alone TOP 10.

At the end of the day Tim Duncan will be inducted as a first ballot Hall of Famer and will hopefully one day deserve the recognition he deserves...

Thanks for reading!
